Who we are
Parallax is a cinematic film studio producing films of luxury property, yachts and aircraft on commission. This policy explains what information we collect from you and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, any listing links or asset details you share, images you upload, and any message you provide. We do not collect payment card data on this site.
How we use it
We use the information solely to produce the film you have commissioned and to communicate with you about that commission — quoting, clarifying briefs, delivering the final file and handling revisions.
How we store it
Enquiries and uploaded material are stored securely on our hosted infrastructure with access restricted to Parallax staff. Any images you provide remain your property; we do not claim rights over your source material.
Retention
We keep enquiry data and source material for as long as needed to deliver the commission and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Third parties
We rely on trusted third-party providers for hosting, storage, email delivery and AI-assisted production tooling. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your data.
